Subject: Key Pickup Event-THIS SUNDAY: Important Update on Mailbox Keys
Dear Glen Pointe Residents,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide an important update regarding the new mailbox keys for our neighborhood.
As of today, Friday, March 7, 2025, keys for the mailboxes were provided to us by the post office.
We will be hosting a special mailbox key pickup event this Sunday 3/9/25 between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. The next pick up opportunity will be Wednesday 3/12/25 5:30-7:30PM. During this time, you can pick up your key directly in the neighborhood. IF you miss these onsite pick up opportunities, you will have to go directly to the TPAM office during normal business hours to collect your keys.
At the time of key pick up we will be requiring:
Photo ID showing name and matching address. OR photo ID and current mail associating you with the address
Accurate Emails to update our records for correspondence.
A release and acknowledgement to be signed by the person collecting the keys.
**OWNERS: if your tenants are collecting the keys, once dispersed, Glen Pointe HOA and TPAM will not be responsible. (For non-owners collecting keys, one key will be provided, and the remaining keys will be mailed to the owner.) We are not responsible for lack of address updates to deliver the keys causing a delay or loss of keys.
Additionally at key pick up we encourage you to sign the petition for traffic calming measures based on the concerns and requests made at our meetings last year. We have been provided a petition to sign supporting the installation of traffic calming measures in the neighborhood. Your input is imperative, and we encourage everyone to stop by and add their signature. Keys will be available at the TPAM office, but we encourage you to attend pick up in your community.

Mailbox update 3/04/25
As of today, Tuesday March 3, 2025, keys for the mailboxes were provided to us by the vendor. However, the vendor did not label the keys with the corresponding addresses. To resolve this, the Lake Jackson Post Office is currently in the process of labeling the keys and matching them to the correct addresses. Once the keys are labeled and returned to us we will be able to begin the distribution process. We apologize for these delays and any inconvenience this may have caused. We will be hosting a special mailbox key pickup event this weekend and a weeknight next week. During this time, you can pick up your key directly in the neighborhood. We will notify you of the specific hours for this event closer to the weekend. At the time of key pick up we will be requesting emails to update our records for correspondence. Additionally, we have contacted the city regarding traffic calming as requested at our meetings last year. We have been provided a petition to sign supporting the installation of traffic calming measures in the neighborhood. Your input is imperative, and we encourage everyone to stop by and add their signature. Keys will be available at the TPAM office, but we encourage you to attend pick up in your community.
